Grosjean has been given a one race suspension after causing a heavy crash at the start of the Grand
Prix in Belgium today.
The Frenchman was held responsible for the crash during the race in which he made an error of judgement.
After the lights went out, Grosjean moved to his right, leaving no space for McLaren driver Lewis
Hamilton to pass. Braking into the La Source hairpin Spanish Ferrari driver leader Fernando Alonso
and Mexican Sauber driver Sergio Perez got hit from behind, with Grosjean's Lotus flying dangerously
close to the Spaniard's helmet.
Venezuelan Williams driver Pastor Maldonado has been given a 10 position grid penalty for the race at Monza next weekend after his jump start at the BelgianGrand Prix, which was won by McLaren driver Jenson Button.
