British 2008 F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton returned home to the United Kingdom on Saturday, reporting that his aunt has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
However, Hamilton tweeted the sad news of his aunt's illness on Saturday. The talented McLaren driver tweeted: "Will you please say a prayer for my auntie, she's dying from cancer and just been told she has weeks to live. I fly back to UK to see her. It's the toughest time for the family as it would be for any family. I can't wait to go see her, want to spend every second i can with her. Can't believe this is happening. Love u auntie Diane."
Formula One will return to action at the end of this month with the Belgian GP at Spa Francorchamps.
