Interview With Stefano Domenicali Ahead Of The Brazilian Grand Prix (VIDEO)

Ferrari Team Principal Stefano Domenicali talks about last weekend's United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas and looks ahead to the final and deciding Grand Prix at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace circuit in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Italian has admitted that it will be hard for his driver Fernando Alonso to capture this year's Drivers title, knowing that the title is not in their hands, but remains confident ahead of this weekend's grand finale in Interlagos. "Pragmatically speaking we know that the result has to be better. We have to be in front of Sebastian and we need some drivers in the middle, without thinking of the worst-case scenario," Domenicali said. "And this is the approach that we have to have. We know that it's not easy because he's driving very well and he has a very quick car. But that doesn't change what we have to do. We have to focus on our job and see what's the outcome of the race. We have seen that Mark (Webber) had a reliability issue and that can happen every time. But I want to stay concentrated on the job we have to do and prepare the car in the best way we can." Sharing Domenicali's feelings, Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo believes it's time for the team to raise its game in Brazil. "I know it will be very tough, but I and all of us believe we can do it," di Montezemolo said. "Now we go to Sao Paolo with the will to win, knowing we will fight for it right to the last kilometre of the last lap of the race."
