The private ceremony took place at Ecclestone's chalet in the exclusive resort of Gstaad in Switzerland two weeks ago, according to claims of the British newspaper.
The couple, who started dating in 2009, announced their engagement in April. Ecclestone and Flosi met each other through their involvement in the Brazilian Grand Prix, with Miss Flosi being the vice president of marketing for the event.
It is the third marriage for the British billionaire, who vowed to stay single for the rest of his life after paying an estimated 1 billion GBP to his ex-wife Slavica following their divorce in 2005.
According to Daily Mail, Ecclestone's spokesman did not respond to calls.
