MotoGP - The Battle Never Stops (VIDEO)

2012 has been an incredibly exciting season for MotoGP, especially for Yamaha Factory rider Jorge Lorenzo, who captured this year's World title in the penultimate Grand Prix of 2012 in Australia. On the other hand 2012 has also been a difficult year for some riders, who were unable to show their true potential. For instance, Valentino Rossi, who will be relieved to put all the struggles behind him now he's returning to the Yamaha Factory team. According to the Italian, he will join his former team as a number two rider, allowing Jorge Lorenzo to be the leading man at the Japanese team. Another man who had a difficult season is Casey Stoner. The Aussie, who ended his MotoGP career, bowed out in Valencia with a third place finish. Having suffered an injury during qualifying in Indianapolis in August, which kept him on the sidelines for a few races, Stoner was unable to fight for this year's World title. His Spanish team mate Dani Pedrosa was close to winning his first MotoGP World title. Had he not fallen off his bike in Australia, he probably would've been World Champion this year.
