“We arrive at Misano now, which is a track I like very much. We had a great victory here last year and many podium finishes,” says Lorenzo, who will be joined by Valentino Rossi at Yamaha next year.
“We are still leading the championship so we must work hard this weekend to keep it and, if possible, to increase it. We will aim for the podium and, if it is possible, the victory, ” the Mallorcan added.
In 2010 Pedrosa won the race at Misano and last year it was Lorenzo who took victory at Misano. Many expect that this weekend's race at the Misano circuit will be a battle between the two Spaniards, with reigning World Champion Casey Stoner still recovering.
