FIA Confirms Two DRS Zones In Abu Dhabi

Just like last year in Abu Dhabi, the FIA has confirmed that this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will once again be boosted by two DRS zones at the Yas Marina circuit.

40 metres before Turn 7 is where the first DRS detection zone can be found and it will be activated 390 metres after it. The second DRS detection zone can be found 50 meters after Turn Nine while the activation area is on the apex of Turn 10.

The FIA has also announced the installation of higher kerbs on the apexes of Turns 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 18 and 19 at the Yas Marina Circuit.
